Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ragstoswag.com or buy from Rags & Swag, operated by Internet Assets ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Made to order

Every item is printed or embroidered on demand by our production partner after you order. Colors on screen can look a little different from the finished product, and print placement can shift slightly from shirt to shirt. That's normal for made-to-order apparel.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include standard US shipping. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Sales tax is added where required. If a price on the site is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Most orders ship in 2–5 business days, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping for details. Once a package is marked delivered, we can't be responsible for loss or theft, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

Wrong size? Send it back within 30 days, unworn with the tag on, and we'll swap it. Misprinted, damaged or wrong items are on us: email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you. Full details are on our Returns section.

Custom shirts

• Custom orders are priced at our production partner's cost for the shirts, printing and shipping, plus 10%, plus a flat $15 design fee per order. The final price is confirmed with your mockup, and you pay only after you approve it.
• One round of design changes is included. Larger changes may be quoted separately.
• Because they're made just for you, custom items are final sale and can't be returned for size or change of mind. We'll replace misprinted or damaged items free.
• By sending us a photo, logo or artwork, you confirm: "I own this image or have permission to use it, and it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or likeness rights. I agree Rags & Swag may decline any request." You agree to cover any claims that arise because you didn't have those rights.
• You keep ownership of what you send us. You give us permission to use it only to design, mock up and produce your order. We won't show your custom design publicly without your permission.
• We may decline any request, including anything we believe infringes someone's rights or is hateful, explicit or unlawful.

Content policy

Custom requests must follow our content policy, which is aligned with our print partners' content rules. Before you send a request you must tick "I agree to the content policy." We won't design or print:

• Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content
• Profanity, obscene or vulgar words and images
• Hate, harassment, bullying or threats against any person or group, including attacks on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability
• Violence, self-harm, terrorism, or content that promotes crimes, drugs or other illegal activity
• Trademarks, brand, team or school logos, and copyrighted characters, art, photos or lyrics you don't own or have written permission to use
• Other people's personal data (addresses, phone numbers, ID or account numbers) or photos of people without their consent

A real person reviews every request by hand. We may refuse any request, or cancel and fully refund any order, at our discretion. Nothing is printed until you approve the mockup we send you. If we find after payment that a request breaks this policy, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Our print partner may also refuse content under its own policies.

Our designs

All Rags & Swag designs, graphics, product photos and text on this site belong to Internet Assets or its licensors. Business logos in our Swag stores belong to their owners and are used with permission. Please don't copy, resell or reproduce them without written permission.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, try to get around checkout or pricing, or use it for anything unlawful. Content is provided "as is", and blog articles are for general information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
