Privacy Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
This policy explains what information Rags & Swag (ragstoswag.com), operated by Internet Assets ("we", "us"), collects, how we use it and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Order information. When you buy, you enter your name, email, shipping address and phone number on Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe processes your card; we never see or store your full card number.
- Custom shirt requests. If you send us a custom request, we receive your name, contact details, the photos or files you upload and your notes.
- Messages. Anything you send when you email, call or text us.
- Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising services may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring site, often by using cookies or similar technology.
- Your cart. Your cart is saved in your own browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back.
How we use it

Advertising and cookies
We may show ads from Google AdSense on our blog and other content pages. We don't show ads on product, cart or checkout pages. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep custom-request files only as long as we need them to fill and support the order, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping limits. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. To make a request, email marketing@internet-assets.com.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
Payments are handled by Stripe over encrypted connections, and the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
