Simple, open pricing
Our print partner's cost for the shirts, printing and US shipping, plus 10%, plus one $15.00 design fee per order. Examples below are size S–XL; 2XL adds $2.20 and 3XL adds $4.40 per shirt. All-over-print polos and button shirts are available with our pattern styles.

Content policy
We follow our print partners' content rules. We won't design or print:
- Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content
- Profanity, obscene or vulgar words and images
- Hate, harassment, bullying or threats against any person or group, including attacks on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability
- Violence, self-harm, terrorism, or content that promotes crimes, drugs or other illegal activity
- Trademarks, brand, team or school logos, and copyrighted characters, art, photos or lyrics you don't own or have written permission to use
- Other people's personal data (addresses, phone numbers, ID or account numbers) or photos of people without their consent
We'll also tell you if a photo is too low-resolution to print well. A real person reviews every request by hand. We may refuse any request, or cancel and fully refund any order, at our discretion. Nothing is printed until you approve the mockup we send you.

Questions
- How long does a custom shirt take?
- We email your mockup within 2 business days. After you approve and pay, it's printed in about 2–5 business days and US Standard shipping takes about 3–4 more.
- How is the price worked out?
- It's what our print partner charges us for the shirts, printing and shipping, plus 10%, plus one flat $15.00 design fee per order (not per shirt). Shipping is included in the price, so checkout adds nothing.
- Do I pay before I see the design?
- No. You get a mockup first. You pay through a secure Stripe link only once you're happy with it.
- How many revisions are included?
- One round of changes is included in the design fee. Bigger redesigns are quoted before we start.
- Can you print a photo I found online?
- Only if you have the rights to it. We can't print copyrighted characters, team or brand logos you don't own, or photos of people without their permission. See our content policy below.
- Can I return a custom shirt?
- Custom shirts are made just for you, so they're final sale. If one arrives misprinted or damaged, we'll replace it free.
- What does "start from one of our styles" mean?
- Pick one of our signature looks, like the Kapalua fractal windows, copperplate toile or a realistic pencil drawing, and we'll draw your photo or idea in that style. Pattern styles can be printed edge to edge on an all-over-print polo or button shirt.
- Do you do group orders?
- Yes. Each extra shirt in the same order adds only $2.20 to shipping, and the design fee is charged once, so family reunions, teams and crews get the best price per shirt.
